The Corps in conjunciton with the Port of Los Angeles, is examing the feasibility of waterside, terminal and transportation improvements at Berths 136-147 in the Port of Los Angleles. The overall goal of the project is to optimize the cargo handling efficiency and capacity in the Berths 136-147 Terminal and improve transportation infrastructure needed to accommodate froecasted and planned increases in volume of containerixed goods shipped through the Port.
