Document Description
Proposed amendment of the Town's General Plan and Zoning Ordinance as the next step in implementing the Shiloh Road Village Vision Plan. The approximately 79.62 acre Village area is located along both sides of Shiloh Road between Highway 101 and Old Redwood Highway. The proposed Amendment would introduce several new General Plan and Zoning Districts to create opportunities for a more densely developed community than under the current General Plan and Zoning Ordinance.
