Document Description
The Vision Plan is a conceptual plan for development in southeast Windsor. The Plan area is expected to accommodate both commercial and residential development. The proposed General Plan and Zoning Ordinance Amendments would change the General Plan land use classifications and the zoning designations across the 62 acre Village.
