Document Description
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sacramento proposes to adopt the 65th Street Redevelopment Plan to provide a financing and implementation mechanism by which the Redevelopment Agency can utilize a range of projects, (including traffic/ circulation, water, sewer, and drainage improvements), and programs (including housing, assistance, rehabilitation, development assistance and economic incentive) and work with residents, businesses, and property owners to alleviate the blighted conditions that exist in the Project Area.
