The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sacramento (Agency) proposes to establish a 65th Street Redevelopment Project Area (Project Area) and adopt a 65th Street Redevelopment Plan (Plan), to provide the Agency with the tools needed to revitalize a relatively stagnant part of the community by removing physical and economic blight.
