- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0015-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Madera Quarry, LLC. The Project includes activities related to the modification of the stock pond from its present condition as a perennial pond (except for drought years) to a seasonal pond. This Project is being conducted as enhancement mitigation to offset impacts to non-native grassland and vernal pool habitat during the development and operation of the Madera Quarry.
