Document Description
The applicant proposes to divide the total of 7.11 acres into 15 residential lots varying in size from 5,488 square feet to 27,811 sq.ft. with an average size of 11,337+/- sq.ft.; each lot to be developed with a detached single family home. The proposed density is 3.16 dwelling units per net acre which falls within the General Plan desnity range. As part of the planned unit district, there will be a play/recreation area near the entrance (parcel C), a hilly open space area (parcel A) & an internal private road system with an entry gate (parcel B).
