Applicant Steve Kosmides proposes to construct 4 new single story 2,592 square feet "Contract Community Construction Services" buildings (offices & storage) & associated parking at 1611 Shop St. (APN 032-312-07). The industrial-style metal buildings will be subject to tenant improvements that incorporated both office space & storage. Land coverage for transfer will be obtained from the California Tahoe Conservancy & commercial floor area will come from the community plan allocation (1,250 sf) & a transfer from APN 026-075-19, where a nonconforming industrial use in a residential area will be removed.
