The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0338-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Caltrans.
Federal Highway Administration, in conjunction with the Caltrans proposes to widen the existing San Joaquin River Bridge. The San Joaquin River Bridge foundations for the project will likely by similar to the existing bridge.
