Construction of an off-road multipurpose path along the north side of Combie Road for a distance of approximately 0.3 miles. The project will provide a completely separated right of way for bicyclists, pedestrians & other non-motorized users. The path will be a 10-wide asphalt path 1 foot unpaved shoulders.
