Document Description
The County and the primary developer are seeking adoption of a Specific Plan (SP III) as required under the MHMP to permit development of 812 acres located within the southern portion of MHMP. The proposed project would cover MHMP Neighborhoods A, B, and the eastern portion of D and would consist of a mixed-use residential project. Uses proposed include 2,675 residential units, 4,888,000 square feet of office commercial, 680,000 square feet of limited industrial, 670,000 square feet of business park, two K-8 schools, 114-acre community college, 32-acre community park, 10-acre neighborhood park, 20 acres of landscape easement, 12 acres of conservation/open space, and a two-acre stormwater detention basin.
