Document Description
The proposed project is new construction of 69 residential units (65 1-bedroom, 4 2-bedroom) in a 9 floor plus basement (garage) 80 foot tall approximately 92,900 gross square foot building covering a 10,313 square foot site. The project site is currently occupied by a 50 car surface public parking lot that would be demolished. The project would include about 63 parking spaces located in a basement parking garage with entrance & exit both on Shipley Street. There would be about 5,000 square feet of ground floor commercial/retail space on Folsom Street. The project would include an interior courtyard of 1,482 square feet beginning on the 3rd floor. The proposed building would cover the entire lot at grade level, & would step back above the 2nd level on Shipley Street. Pedestrial access would be from Shipley & Folsom Streets.
