Document Description
The Operator proposes to construct a new pedestrian bridge over Marsh Creek that will span the creek at a length of 72 feet and a width of 10 feet. The bridge shall connect previously existing pathways and will require 200 cubic yards of excavated soil and imported soil shall be used in abutment support to raise the bridge three feet above ground level. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0104-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Meritage Homes as represent by Scott Kramer.
