Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Rezone of the southern portion of the project site from R-1-6 to PD-44, a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the site into 472 residential lots (471 lots for single-family development and one lot for a 108 multi-family unit development) and 16 parcels totaling 9.17 acres of open space and parks, Design Review of the proposed single and multi-family development, and Design Review of a recreation center (including a pool, wading pool/spa), accompanying public parks, regional trails, and public roadway improvements along portions of Walnut Boulevard and Central Boulevard.
