Document Description
The project consists of a 25-lot residential subdivision on a public street, with lot sizes ranging from 10,120 square feet to 17,590 square feet. Approximately 100,200 cubic yards (cy) of soil would be graded on a slope averaging 40 percent. New utility and roadway infrastructure would be provided as well as recreational trails, a tot lot and a conservation easement.
