Document Description
The proposed project is an approximately 259,500 square foot fractional ownership condominium hotel & private residence club on approximately 4.49 acres of land comprised of 5 parcels. The square footage includes 233 understructure parking spaces (3 of which are devoted to transit/service vehicles for the complex), 23 private residence club units having 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms, 48 condominium/hotel units having 2, 3, & 4 bedrooms (total of 71 units) & 28 employee housing units. The square footage also includes a private restaurant, lobby, spa/exercise rooms, meeting rooms, office areas, mechanical rooms, & laundry rooms. The average heights of the structure measures 43.75 feet with 1 tower feature at a maximum height of approximately 60 feet when measured at the finished grade immediately adjacent to the structure. The project includes associated parking facilities, the extension of utilities, infrastructure improvement, & landscaping improvements. Utilities are readily available to the site.
