The proposed project will consist of constructing & operating a 16,800 square foot, 8 bay Les Schwab Tire Center on 2.01 acres of a 2.78 acre parcel. Les Schwab Tire Centers provide sales & service of tires, wheels, brakes, shocks, & alignment work. The project is located within the Oakley Redevelopment Area & requires a land use permit for the automotive servicing that will be provided. A 5,000 square foot warehouse will be constructed on the west portion of the site in the future. The future warehouse is anticipted to serve as short-term storage for this site as well as other local Les Schwab Tire Centers. The warehouse will be constructed on the remaining 0.77 acres. Implemenation of the proposed project requires planning commission review of a land use permit.
