The proposed project consists of implementation of 11 water infrastructure improvements recommended in the MWP Update: Reservoir E and connection to existing system, Well TH-2 connection to Reservoir E, Comstock Well connection to Reservoir F, pump station and pipeline construction between Reservoirs E and C, Golf Course Well connection to domestic system, water treatment plant upgrade, construction of second tank at Reservoir F, pump station construction at Reservoir C to supply Reservoir D, TH-3 Well drilling and connection to Reservoir E system, TH-1 Well drilling and connection to Reservoir E system, and pump station and pipeline construction at Reservoir C to Reservoir A.
