Document Description
The Plan proposes a program of actions and accompanying legal authority to enable the Agency to remove existing blighted conditions in the North Stockton Redevelopment Project Area (the "Project Area") by providing financial assistance to reuse of the parcels in the Project Area and revitalization of the area and to support rehabilitation, public improvements, remediationa of hazardous materials, owner participation programs, as well as other cooperative methods utilizing private and public resources.
