The Project would involve the construction of HOV lanes in both the northbound (NB) and southbound (SB) directions on SR 87 between Chynoweth Avenue and just north of Julian Street; a collector-distributor lane on SB SR 87 from I-280 to the Lelong St. exit; extend the existing SB quxiliary lane from the Lelong St. exit southward to the Alamaden Expressway exit and implement settlement repairs on the existing SR 87 between Willow St. and Alamaden Expressway
