Document Description
The proposed project is a residential development of approximately 135,990 gross square feet (gsf) consisting of 88 dwelling units and about 88 underground parking spaces. The two existing two-story buildings on the site which contain a total of approximately 30,415 square feet would be demolished, including the 347-349 Fremont Street Edwin W. Tucker building, which is listed on the California Register of Historical Resources. The site would be excavated for the foundation, the three-level below-grade parking garage, and the 85-foot-high residential tower.
