Document Description
The City of Turlock is preparing a Master Plan for the northeast area of Turlock preliminary to the annexation (reorganization) and development of the subject area. The Northeast Turlock Master Plan is an implementing tool of the Turlock General Plan and is intended to provide a more through analysis of the project area to assess land use, circulation, infrastructure and financing issues prior to annexation and development. The City of Turlock is proposing to amend the General Plan and prezone the area consistent with the area's land use designations, as refined by the Northeast Turlock Master Plan.
