Document Description
Staff level designs review for a proposed commercial development totaling 109,028 square feet of floor area. The proposed development will consist of a 55,645 square foot market, a 4,900 square foot commercial building, two 6,500 square foot commercial buildings, a 400 square foot self-service gasoline station with 6 fueling stations under an approximately 6,000 square foot canopy, a 9,582 square foot commercial building, a 6,900 square foot commercial building, an 11,100 square foot commercial building, and a 7,500 square foot commercial building. One of the existing buildings is remaining in place; the other may be relocated approximately 20 feet from the eastern property line. The two buildings total 1,370 square feet and may be used for commercial purposes. The project includes on-site parking and landscaping (the waterfall / fountain feature is remaining on-site). The project may be developed in phases.
