Document Description
Sonoma Creek Phase 2 is the residential component of the East Elk Grove Specific Plan. Development entitlements included as part of the project include a rezone of the 42.0 acres from AR-10 to RD-4 and "O" (Open Space) as well as a Tentative Subdivision Map to create 115 single family lots. 1 private lot and 1 detention basin will be expanded as a requirement of the project. The single family home on the front lot facing Waterman Road will remain on the site and will not be rezoned from AR-10.
