Document Description
The project will adopt and implement a Redevelopment Plan in the City of Riverside. The Project Area consists of approximately 8,000 acres and is the focus of this environmental assessment. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside has proposed the Project for the purpose of alleviating blight and promoting reinvestment in the Project Area. Although no development or construction is proposed at this time, implementation of the Redevelopment Plan is expected to facilitate infrastructure improvement and rehabilitation activities consistent with the adopted City of Riverside General Plan.
