Document Description
Proposal by Morro Bay and Land Company for a Tract Map and Development plan to allow for the subdivision of 49.6 acres into sixteen lots for development of residential single homes, and an open space parcel. The project involves grading approximately 20.04 acres for paving, structures, landscaping, and access road. The 16 residences would be clustered with 65% of the land remaining as open space. Lot size would range from 39,900 to 119,700 square feet and each residence would be approximately 5,000 square feet in size. The project proposes to install a water tank for fire control purposes, install infrastructures for a community water system, and install private septic systems.
