Document Description
The project is proposed for development on two sites within the City of West Hollywood's Sunset Specific Plan (i.e., Sites 4-C and 4-D). Site 4-C is located at the southeast corner of Sunset and La Cienega Boulevards. As proposed this site would contain a total of 235,0000 square feet consisting of two hotels, retail, and restaurants plus 8,900 square feet of outdoor dinning areas. Site 4-D is located on the south side of Sunset Boulevard between Alta Loma Road and La Cienega Boulevard. Proposed is development of 285,800 square feet consisting of retail/restaurants, and two (2) residential buildings.
