Document Description
The applicant proposes the following: remove downed trees, small willows, non-native vegetation within the channel and lower one-half of the banks. Trim overhanging limbs. Mow emergent aquatic vegetation within the channel of the Crescent Bypass. Remove accumulated sediments from within the channel of the Kings River. Remove trash and debris from the channels.
