Document Description
The Isla Vista Master Plan EIR evaluates proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan for Isla Vista, as well as the environmental impacts of individual projects for which details are currently available. These projects include: - Changes in land use designations to allow 3-story multi-residential development and 3-story mixed use development in the downtown. - Urban design standards to improve the quality of new development. - Changes in transportation policies to reduce level of service standards. - Specific projects include: Downtown Isla Vista Pardell Road Downtown Parks Parking Structure Community Center Sueno Road Bike Blvd Affordable Housing Sites - all sites identified in the IVMP/DEIR are located in Isla Vista.
