Document Description
The proposed Tiger Woods Learning Center (TWLC) & associated golfing facilities would be constructed within the Gilbert & Crescent Settling Basing Detention Areas. The existing site is currently used as the H.G. "Dad" Miller Golf Course Driving Range & as flood control detention facilities. The use of the golf course would remain but additional facilities would be constructed for supervised youth activities. The Dad Miller Driving Range is being relocated to another area on the existing golf course. The relocated driving range would consist of perimeter fencing for protection, lighting for nighttime operations & a small accessory building. The majority of the site is used for detention of excess storm water diverted from Carbon Creek Storm Water Channel.
