The City of Los Angeles approved a lease and related agreements allowing development of the Pacific Gateway Cargo Center, an aviation oriented cargo transfer facility, at LA/Ontario International Airport. The proposed project would consist of roughly one million sf of building space, approximately one million sf of aircraft parking areas, and associated site improvements.
