Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA #1600-2004-0140-R5) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Fred Borst. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed to construct the Chula Vista Auto Park East project. Project activities include grading, construction of a keystone masonry retaining wall, and placement of fill. The project also includes the donation in-fee-title of the approximately 70 acre adjacent parcel to the Otay Valley Regional Park or another approved conservation entity. The project is located to and south of 650 Main Street in the City of Chula Vista in San Diego County.
