Document Description
The project involves the seismic upgrade and modernization of the existing Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital (SBCH) facility to comply with State Senate Bill 1953. The project will involve the demolition of 270,705 sq ft and the construction of approximately 415,00 sq ft of new hospital facilities, consiting of a main hospital building, helipad and Central Plant. When completed, the overall square footage of the hospital project area would be approximately 706,811 sq ft. Two parking structures are proposed.
