Document Description
The proposed project is the renovation and expansion of the existing Collins Elementary School to accommodate its planned use as a middle school. The anticipated future enrollment at Collins Middle School is 850, and approximately 65 employees would be work at the site, including faculty and administrative staff. The new middle school would have approximately 34 classrooms, and the floor area of the renovated middle campus will total approximately 96,822 square feet, which is 22,770 square feet greater than the existing elementary school.
