Tentative Tract 16361, and related land use entitlements as follows: 1) Tentative Tract 16361 - subdivision of 4 contiguous lots totaling approximately 180.9 acres into 88 residential lots for future development of single family homes, four common lots to be used for open space; 2) General Plan Amendment No. 93 to change Highview Drive from a "Local Street" to "Collector Street," modify circulation Element to establish design standards for Rural Streets, rural public facilities; 3) Local Agricultural Preserve Removal No. 100 - remove 9 acres of project site from City of Redlands agricultural preserve; 4) Zone Change No. 390 - change property zoning from A-1; Agricultural District (minimum 5 acre lots) to R-R, Rural Residential District (minimum 1 acre lots); 5) Conditional Use Permit No. 780 - allow a Planned Residential Development (PRD) on the entire project site.
