Document Description
Construction and operation of 6 injection/extraction wells in the Lake Elsinore Back Basin. Construction and operation of two groundwater monitoring wells, one in the Back Basin and one in the Wildomar community to the east. The purpose of the project is to improve water conservation and use by storage of imported water in the Elsinore groundwater basin. The project will also significantly reduce existing and projected overdraft in the basin.
