Document Description
Site development permit (SDP) to construct a 15,626 square foot library, a 137 sq ft storage building, a 425 ft long retaining wall with a maximum height of 8.33 ft, another retaining wall with a length of 145 ft with a maximum height of 5.65 ft, a 33,792 sq ft, 86 space parking lot, a 160 sq ft refuse & recycling area, & associated landscaping on a 7.96 acre undeveloped lot. The proposed project is located at 9005 Aero Drive in the IP-2-1 zone of the Serra Mesa Community (lots 10 & 11 of Research Park Subdivision on map 6386).
