Document Description
The project consists of six key components: 1) the installation of an approximately 4,200 linear foot, 10-inch diameter water main across the West Ranch of the East-West Ranch property; 2) the construction of an all-weather, 20-feet wide emergency access road across the West Ranch; 3) the construction of approximately 2,000 lineal feet of 10-inch diameter water main along Windsor Blvd. from a connection point at Huntington Road to the West Ranch Boundary (within the SeaCliff Estates neighborhood); 4) a new utility vault near the wastewater treatment plant access road and Windsor Blvd. intersection; 5) approximately 500 feet of new pipeline in Marlborough Lane from the West Ranch boundary to Orlando Drive and 280-feet of pipeline within Orlando Drive from Marlborough to Madison Street (a.k.a., pipeline alternative 2, and may be omitted if alternative 1 is chosen); and 6) valve replacements within an existing utility vault near Ardath Drive and Madison Street.
