Document Description
The project is a minor residential subdivision of a 10.5-acre lot into 6.1-acre and 4.4-acre parcels. A single-family residence exists on proposed parcel 2. Grading for a future single-family residence on proposed parcel 1 will require approximately 3,000 yards of cut and fill balanced onsite. Maximum cut slope height is estimated at 25 feet and maximun fill slope height at 30 feet. The AEIS states that three quarters of the 10.5-acres site has greater than 25% slope. The entire site slope has southern aspect. Access to the project site is from proposed driveways from Roadrunner Ridge Road.
