Construct a storm drain outfall to Hinebaugh Creek. The outfall is located approximately 3000 feet west of Highway 101 on the south bank of the creek. The outfall will drain the proposed Redwood Creek Apartments located at 600 Rohnert Park Expressway. The storm drain will consist of a 24-inch outfall conduit with approximately 5 cubic yards of rock energy dissipation built to the standards of the Sonoma County Water Agency. SAA #R3-2002-0934
