Document Description
SAA #R2-2002-500 Installation of one single use floating pier, 120 feet long, 10 feet wide. As mitigation for building the pier, the Greens nogotiated with th Tahoe Regional Planning Agency to reconstruct the flume. Located at the mouth of Rubicon Creek, the flume spans the beach, from riparian habitat to waters of Lake Tahoe. The flume as presently designed, inhibits fish passage to upstream spawning habitat.
