The Operator proposes to replace a section of 6 inch Distribution Feeder Main (DFM) located on the east side of the Napa Vallejo Highway between Kaiser Road and North Valley Corporation, Napa, Napa County, The proposed project will use open trench, directional drill, and pneumatic pipe ram to replace approximately 3,525 feet of the 6-inch DFM. The section under the creek will be replaced using pneumatic pipe ram for a distance of approximately 50 feet. SAA #1600-2003-0632-3
