Document Description
Under the proposed project, Southern California Gas Company (SCG) proposes to replace and install natural gas pipeline. The project will consist of installation of approximately 6776 feet of 24 inch gas pipeline within the DWR right-of-way along Edmonston Pumping Plant Road and approximately 80 feet of 24 inch gas pipeline across the DWR right-of-way for Bear Trap Road. According to information submitted by SCG, minimum excavation of asphalt would occur as most of the pipeline would be located in the dirt area between the south lane of Edmonston Pumping Plant Road and the barbed wire fence. On Bear Trap Road, the gas pipe would cross from north to south and require excavation of a trench across the road.
