Document Description
Project consists of converting a total of five existing campsites at El Capitan and Refugio State Beaches to camp host sites to better serve the public. At El Capitan SB, Campsite #s 27, 55, and 117 will be converted. At Refugio State Beach Campsite #s 15 and 33 will be converted and an existing camp host site (#59) will upgraded. Project work involves leveling the parking pads and installing minor extensions of sewer, water and/or electrical service from existing service lines within each campground.
