Document Description
The project would renovate 5,270 assignable square feet (ASF) of interior space and 1,000 gross square feet (GSF) of outdoor space in Building 534. Approximately 10,000 ASF of space in Building 479 would be renovated, 3,000 ASF to accommodate ART Studio needs and the remaining space tpo accommodate the Department of Dramatic Arts. There would be seismic upgrades to Buildings 572 and 943 and Building 346 would be relocated as part of the proposed project.
