Sandridge Partners has requested to transfer up to 4,000 acre-feet of their 2003 SWP water supply from DRWD to TLBWSD to provide more efficient use of the water for a landowner served by two adjacent SWP contractors. There is not construction, land use changes, or modifications to existing facilities; no new lands will be brought into production as a result of this transfer.
