Document Description
Capture 10 Townsend's big-eared bats in the vicinity of the Creamery building at Año Nuevo State Reserve and attach a radio transmitter to each bat. Radio-track bats for 4-5 days to determine movement patterns and range. Within 21 days of end of study period, recapture bats and remove transmitters. Study will not occur during the breeding or nesting season for this species. The contractor performing the work will hold a current perform for the California Department of Fish and Game to handle Townsend's big-eared bats.
