Document Description
The project involves the construction and expansion of the existing spillway to handle 900 cubic feet per second flow, and the addition of an 8,000 cubic yard buttress embankment on the downstream face of the dam. A 16-inch diameter siphon pipe will be extended to an elevation of 2,259 feet in the reservoir and over the spillway near the crest to facilitate emergency evacuation on the reservoir.
