Document Description
The proposed project involves the removal of two 18 inch culverts from Manly Gulch, a tributary to the Little North Fork of the Big River, in Mendocino Woodland State Park (Camp 3). The culverts are creating a potential barrier to fish passage and obstruct the natural stream flow. Hand lobor shall be used to excavate the culverts from the channel with a minimal amount of soil disturbance required. SAA 1600-2003-0671-3
