The Operator proposes to remove two 24-inch plastic culverts and replace them with a single 20-foot by 36-inch dual walled culvert in an unnamed tributary at 950 Gallerton Lane, St. helena, napa County. The culvert will be with a 3/4 inch AB gravel and will be used as an equipment and pedestrian crossing. The tributary width at this location is approximately 14 feet. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0505-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
